      The biriyani was good and decent, and the staff behaviour was good. Adding chutney and a bit more spice would make it better.

      If you're looking for a satisfying meal that doesn't break the bank, this is the place. Their Special Mutton Biryani is a great deal—the meat pieces are generous and well-marinated. I also tried the Chicken Chaap, which had a rich, thick gravy that paired perfectly with the biryani rice.

      If you're ordering for a group, the Volant Big 4 is the best value you can get in the Madhyamgram/Barasat area. Great quality for the price!

      Last night i ordered mutton briyani . Which was completely cold and smrlling rice. The mutton pieces were too hard to eat.I had to through all the food . I reached to resturant through call. They denied said zomato is to blame not us.
      NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THEM I WARN YOU FOR REAL.

      I ordered 2 plates of chicken biryani from Biriyani by Volant (BBV). The biryani rice was light, flavorful, and well-prepared. Each portion of chicken weighed around 140–160g, and the potato was perfectly cooked. Overall, the taste was satisfying, though I personally felt the rice contained a bit more black pepper than preferred.
